LED

Uses light-emitting diodes rather than a conventional discharge or halogen lamp. LED fixtures can offer lower power consumption, long source life, rapid colour changes and compact construction, but output, colour quality and dimming smoothness still vary significantly.

RGB

Mixes red, green and blue emitters to create a broad colour range. The exact colour rendering, white balance and low-level dimming depend on the emitter and control design.
